Raise concerns with operators and public bodies when you are not being listened to
Help escalate complaints about buses, trains, roads and parking where a public authority is involved
Use your experience to identify local transport problems and press for improvements
What I can't do:
I cannot intervene in private company disputes that have no public-body involvement
