Please note that many agencies and organisations have formal complaints and appeals processes. I cannot intervene or help until all these channels have been exhausted.
How I can help:
- Raise concerns with operators and public bodies when you are not being listened to
- Help escalate complaints about buses, trains, roads and parking where a public authority is involved
- Use your experience to identify local transport problems and press for improvements
What I can't do:
- I cannot intervene in private company disputes that have no public-body involvement
- I cannot give legal advice
